When you move into one of our rentals, you'll get a Personalized Move In Package that includes:

  1. New Home Guide - contains critical information for your life in your new home. Things like where the nearest grocery store, post office, and convenience store are. Things like where fuse box and the water shut off are. Moving is bad enough without figuring those things out when you really need them. Our residents feel comfortable from the very beginning.
  2. A Guided Tour - refreshing your memory of the building, the apartment, the area and so on. This is to make sure you're comfortable with the decision you've made, and to answer all of those last minute questions.

The Second Step:
Great Customer Service

When you move into one of our rentals, you'll know you've made the right decision.

How?

  1. Maintenance Guarantees - major maintenance will be done within 72 hours or you live RENT FREE until it's fixed. Minor maintenance will be done when we say it will, or you get $10 for every day it's not fixed!
  2. Affordability Package - helps you tailor your move-in dates, rental payment dates, and security deposit payment plan to suit your exact needs.
